Think of photography as a person. Then every photograph is a collaboration. But what the human embodiment sees, feels, and comprehends are meaningless to the laws of physics, chemistry, electronics and optics. The photographer thus needs to have a sense of objectivity. Along side of this detachment is also the respect of the observer’s paradox.
Eighty to Ninety percent of life is really kind of boring. In avoiding the street photography that are about movement, action and in your face exclamation, I find the usual, everyday, observable and if lucky enough, irreplaceable setting and moments of street photography more interesting.
